Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had very comfortable and clean rooms, with individual heating/cooling control and a good desk. While the room was small in size and basic, the overall standards were a bit low for a three-star hotel, which made me hesitant about staying there again. On the bright side, the service was exceptionally kind, friendly, and welcoming, and the central location provided easy access to various dining options. The dining experience, however, was below par with limited and unimaginative food choices. The hotel's facilities were standard with no standout features.
The hotel is located centrally in Limerick, making it convenient for exploring historical sites, shopping, and access to transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, although some areas like dining and cleanliness need improvement. The room was spacious but had issues with temperature control and noise disturbances.
The hotel has a great central location, perfect for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and spacious, though they could use a renovation. The service was warm and friendly, especially the welcoming staff. The dining options were suitable, with a good variety for breakfast. The facilities were convenient for a comfortable stay, though improvements could be made.
